Zigguraat Products & Services / Charges
(TDS, ID Removal & Penalty Policy):
1. TDS Deduction on Withdrawals:
The company will deduct 5% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on all types of withdrawals, including binary bonuses or any other earnings. The deducted amount will be deposited with the government, and the remaining balance will be credited to the member’s account.
2. ID Removal & Incorrect Placement Penalty:
If a Silver Plan ID is mistakenly placed under a Gold Plan downline or a Silver ID is added under a Gold sponsor’s downline, it is considered a system violation. To correct this error and restructure the network accurately, the company will charge a penalty of ₹1000 for system correction and administrative processing.
3. Rule Violation & ID Block Penalty:
If any member violates company rules (such as false promotion, providing incorrect information, breaching policies, etc.), the company reserves the right to block the user’s ID. To reactivate the blocked ID, the member must pay a penalty of ₹1000 as a reinstatement fee.
